Japan EnviroChemicals,Ltd.("Japan EnviroChemicals"), with a corporate　creed: "For the Advancement of Human and Environmental Health,"　was inaugurated in April, 2003, spun off from Takeda Pharmaceutical Company Limited("Takeda").
We have succeeded activated carbon operation, an established brand leader with 70 years of accomplishment and preservatives operation, sustained with high reliability with over 40 years of history; we have bolstered our position as a leading company in each field, proactively pursuing a newly-developed products.
In April, 2005, all the stocks of Japan EnviroChemicals were transferred, with an aspiration for further growth, from Takeda to Osaka Gas Co.,Ltd.("Osaka Gas") and Osaka Gas Chemicals Co.,Ltd.("Osaka Gas Chemicals"), thereby becoming an affiliate of the Osaka Gas group. We will mobilize highly sophisticated technology and accumulated knowledge base from each entity to commit ourselves further to advance a harmony between people and nature.
